Darksiders II

I started the quest where you get materials for the woman to make you an amulet.

The first ingredient is Stalkers Bone in the Cauldron.

I activate the sub quest as primary and it shows the blue circle goal to go to the Cauldron.

I get there and go in and the Blue circle disappears and I have no idea where to find this thing.

Can anyone help?

You'll get the items just for playing through the story quest for that sidequest. The 3 items you need will drop from the things you kill in the 3 areas anyway.
