Why? WHY!?
I mean, really...?
I can't even play multiplayer because I am borrowing this game...
It's stupid to have the dumb passes, and then make people who buy / borrow pre-owned spend $10 just to play online.
I'll admit, smart for business (maybe, unless enough people get pissed), but it's a dumb move for customer satisfaction...

Online passes are pretty common, unfortunately. This game's MP pretty much makes the game... although the SP isn't bad.

It just sucks that companies do that. I mean, how much do they really make off of it?

I'd say that's a good thing.

It helps to combat piracy, and if a player buys it used, but really wants to play online, the developer still sees some profit.

Frankly, if you're against Online Passes, you either have no idea why the exist, or are just another leecher.
