What's a good Lilligant moveset?

I know about the Petal Dance/Own Tempo combo, but what else?

Butterfly Dance, Sleep Powder?

Butterfly Dance revolution. And I guess you could do a support set with sleep powder, leech seed, and substitute (and some attack move).

Lilligant's got the same problem as Seperior: a few gimmicks to make people remember her but otherwise a very limited movepool. In fact, she's got it worse than the snake. Her only special attacks that aren't grass are hidden power and hyper beam.

Butterfly Dance
Sleep Powder
Petal Dance
HP Ground/Fire

With only 2 attacks you have to choose which Hidden Power you want for coverage, but unfortunately you have to accept that whichever one you don't choose will wall you with resistances. The big offenders are Heatran and Ferrothorn.

On the plus side, a boosted Petal Dance does good damage even against resisters.

Not really. Even with a +1 Heatran laughs at you if you lack HP ground

Sentret? Zigzagoon? BIDOOF!? You young whippersnappers can paint a Ratatta brown, but it's still a Rattata!

That's why I just said that you need to carry HP Ground for Heatran.

And you also said a +1 does good damage to resistors, which it does not.

Is Grass Whistle worth the effort of breeding for?

Am I the only one that uses HP Fighting for grass types with crappy movepools?

Anyway, I used Petal Dance, HP Fighting, Butterfly Dance, and Synthesis.

@Anagram: Why breed Grasswhistle when Lilligant knows Sleep Powder?
