Help with Sun Team

Putting together a sun team, for ingame use and pwning friends. I'd test some stuff on PO, but my computer isn't able to save teams, so I've come here... I doubt I'll get into the competetive side with it, but any advice concerning type coverage, EV's etc, would be appreciated.

The plan, so far, is simple. Ninetales gets the sun up, volcarona and venusaur can sweep. Cressy, sawsbuck(?), and starmie seem to niche in well, but I'm not sure how much a spiker would help... Maybe nuttre or ferry for sawsbuck?

Personally I wouldn't use starmie since you can't get good use out of surf, but if you really want it then put psychic in the last slot so that you have at least one stab attack coming from it.

I think you have the nature on Volcarona mixed up. It should be Timid (+speed/-atk) unless you were going with Brave for some reason.

Also, here's a set that YouTuber Blametruth uses if I can remember it right.

My 3v3 random wifi sun team. It probably sucks but I've been getting a 65-70% win rate by benching this with my rain team:

Turn 1 Overheat go unless they started with something that takes 4X from Grass like Omastar or something. It will OHKO anything that doesn't resist, and it even OHKOs some resists with weak special defense. Quick Attack is rarely used and is only there to beat 1HP Focus Sashers.
(Your Ninetales: Why would you put Leftovers on something that can't take 2 hits? It has 75 def; use common sense)

Yeah that's right, Murkrow. Secret setup weapon that no one sees coming, and is the only Prankster to learn both T-Wave and Tailwind. Its main plan is to simply give Tailwind to Charizard, but I've had this thing take out several dragons because of Foul Play.

The EVs are tuned for lv50 wifi so you may need to adjust them. 108spe means it has 268 speed in Tailwind, which outspeeds Scarfchomp (253 speed) and Scarf Latios (267 speed). HP Electric is for Gyarados which can tank the other three attacks.

Team loses to an enemy Focus Sash against Charizard but ehh what can you do. I wanted to play with Solar Power Charizard, and he's pretty fun, although rather fragile.

I'm not sure why I put Brave for Volcarona. I have a rash one with quite a few 31s, so i'm goin with him.
Psychic sounds like it'd work great on starmie's last slot...

Solar power charizard is too fragile for me, but running with him on a doubles team would be fun. I'd def role with a whimsicott in doubles though. If i could get a DW blaziken, he'd be on the team, but they are hard to come by. I guess overheat makes more sense on ninetales as well...

Thx for the advice... I guess I'll keep trying to get PO running...

This one is confusing the life out of me. Venusaurs Base Sp.Atk is 20 points higher than his Atk.

If you have HP Fire for Steel types why do you need Earthquake?

I was trying to get the most out of growth, and running saur as a mixed sweeper seemed like a good idea. Does earthquake give no coverage over hp fire?!

Finally got PO up and running, so my I'm finally able to do team tweaking...
