There is no pokemon that can hit every other pokemon super effective, (mainly because of Spiritomb/Sableye)

There's dual types, in which case probably not. Poison is only weak to ground and psychic while dark is only weak to fighting/bug and you'd have to fit one of those types on your set to do that so no.

no but there a couple with broad enough movepools to hit almost everything Hydreigon and Electivire come to mind.

This is how I set up my Dialga:

Ice Beam - Ice - Dragon, Flying, Grass, Ground
Aura Sphere - Fighting - Normal, Rock, Steel, Ice, Dark
Earth Power - Ground - Electric, Fire, Poison, Rock, Steel
Thunderbolt - Electric - Flying, Water

(Dark, Dragon, Electric, Fire, Flying, Grass, Ground, Ice, Normal, Poison, Rock, Steel, Water)

As super-effective moves are better than stab, and Dialga's stab moves are not super-effective against much, with this spread it doesn't miss its stab moves.

Electivire used to be famous because of his ability to hit 13 types for super-effective damage:
-Thunderpunch/Wild Charge
-Ice Punch
-Cross Chop

Hits all types except Fight, Psychic, Ghost and Bug for SE damage.

Dragonite can go even further, covering 14 types:
-Aerial Ace/Acrobatics
-Ice Punch

Hits all types except Water, Psychic and Ghost for SE damage.

Note: I'm just saying these are the movesets with the highest coverages, not that they are actually good; Electivire, for example, was still easy to wall, despite that coverage.

In order to hit all monotypes for SE damage, it requires six moves (Ground, Fighting, Ice, Flying, Electric OR Grass, Dark OR Ghost). But you'll still not get SEs on some dualtypes, even those that actually have weaknesses (such as a Bug/Steel, only weak to Fire). And Abilities can cancel out weaknesses (such as Levitate).

Not sure if you care or not, but Reshiram (Dragon/Fire) can hit everything at least neutral.

Huh. I remember Gallade also hita everything for at least neutral.

-Zen Headbutt
-Night Slash
-Close Combat
-IcePunch/Stone Edge

Granted, a lot of other pokes can learn other alternative moves with the same typings, but Gallade was the first poke i raised to hit everything in the game.
