Poochyena learns Dark Pulse. You can catch them on Route 9 when they have mass outbreaks I think but it depends on the game, or in Dream World and breed it to get Dark Pulse which it has as an egg move. I don't know if you can put Extrasensory on a Poochyena, though. I guess that you could breed a Zoroark with a Poochyena and have Smeargle sketch Extrasensory onto Zorua.

Get a Smeargle to Sketch Both Extrasensory and Dark Pulse via double battle grass, then breed it with a female zoura
