i read something about Keldeo event on next monday on serebii.. is that a wifi event?

For Americans it will be an in-store event at GameStop.

For some other parts of the world only the date is known, which annoys me as I'll have to wait longer to see how I'll be getting the Keldeo event.

y does it have another form if the stats r the same?

as i understand it, the form only changes appearance IF you select to have secret sword.
