I just got some Microsoft points and I wanted to know which one was worth getting or if they are both worth getting.

Bill Gate's son only gets 1 of the DLCs, and that's Dead Kel.

Dead Kel gives you (in addition to the quests and the loot) some interesting bonuses and methods for easily obtaining unique and set items and also smithing components.

Teeth Of Naros gives you a new damage type and new components for your uber weapons.
