I don't really know the limitations of the Wii that well, so if anyone know whether or not the Wii can support down-loadable content (expansions like new maps and weapons) of games, please let me know.
There is already a well developed online store for the Wii, so in theory it could work, right?
why pay for something that will probably be on the disc when you buy it? i'd rather there not be DLC because it's just another way for them to drain your wallets, either include it in the game when you ship it or don't include it at all. --- |Proud owner of a Nintendo Wii 04/07/07|A big time Samus Fan|Conduit name: (Shadow)
no its not unless its small anything large like a map is to big the limit is like 50mb while one map would take like 800mb maybe gamemodes?? i doubt any guns could be in a dlc ethier>.< --- mwr overly-4365-1574-4297
DLC is possible, though it would have to be in several packets. Also, MM9 + 10 don't count, since the content's already there, and you're paying to unlock. Guitar Hero and Rock Band are better examples. <_<
Also, it can happen, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. <_< --- VE - Stuff makes me raeg! D:< Now Playing: Pokemon: HeartGold, UT2K4, stuff
Yes, DLC is possible. In fact, Nintendo actually made an update to the system menu for it.
If there is DLC of any kind, I really, seriously ****ing pray it's free. None of this "Oh look, we crapped out two maps, kinda like any of you could have done if you had a devkit, $30kthxplz" --- 2% of GameFAQs users have this in their signature. Howabout DLC pricing? 'cuz I'd rather not have pay DLC at all, just because people will be playing that, detracting from the number playing the core game. --- 2% of GameFAQs users have this in their signature. If you're one of the 98% that doesn't, copy and paste this into your signature.
