Will this game be translated into the other languages including the VA? (Spanish French and Portuguese for America, spa fre ger ita & por for Europe)

Was the first one translated, even VAs? That's your probable answer. If not, a pleasant surprise.

Also, the game isn't announced for a release in Europe yet.

It's pretty obvious after the original that they will release it in Europe. Probably a few weeks later like before.

I honestly have no idea. That's all up to SEGA. If I was to guess I would say prob same as C1 but don't quote me on that.

What I can tell you is that all the animation and lip sinc is animated in English.
