Agreed most of TEC lagged pretty badly, but the same could be said about most of GameBattles in which it seemed mandatory to lag.
I have not seen Skype contribute to any form of lag to any of my online games, and on MWR I find myself being host often with others in the room having 3 or 4 bars despite only playing the game while on Skype.

Prove Skype causes lag.

So Skype has nothing to do with it, it's based on your internet connection?

Kinda. If you have a good connection, you can skype all you want, and download gigabytes of porn, host 12 fully packed dedicated servers with 32 players in any game, stream hi-def videos, skype to 80 people, and still get a perfect connection in every Wii game. If your connection can't download a gigabyte faster than a lightning bolt, though... You might want to lay off the porn.

So, if you have a bad connection, but can handle Wii games fine, that can change when using Skype, or other stuff. You only have so much you can download/upload at onece.
Also, wireless interference can make a huge difference.

So glitches and hacks everpresent...true. Lock-on...matter of opinion but all the vids i've seen since my OP leads to believe it's overpowered. ( didn't say unbalanced In fact it's very balanced, it balances skill so even noobs are decent). I really don't want ( or need) my game to aim for me and I feel that putting that in any online game ruins the experience for people who can aim.
