did HVS improve the hit detection for this game? cause I just played the first game and I would use about 2 full clips on somebody and it would hardly do any damage yet they'd take me out in like 1-2 shots. all my shots were hitting them dead on and none of the people I was playing were hackers so they should've died easilly.
Could be lag or just that they're getting headshots when you're not. Could be both too. The only gun I ever questioned the hit detection on was the scar while going back and forth from cover. Seemed like it was the only gun that could kill me even after I turned that corner >_>.

it wasn't lag cause they would at least die in 1 or 2 hits when I had a shotgun in some of the matches I played. but in one match I had a guy literally stand in place and I'd be shooting him in the head and he'd hardly take damage but he also didn't hack cause he did die a quite a few times
@ Flame: Yeah, usually if I see someone with a SCAR, I have to get around the corner when I'm at around 1/2 health, and even then I still die sometimes. For some reason it seems like that gun has more lag issues than any of the other ones.
^ I'd much, MUCH rather have trading kills. I have an excellent connection and I'm pretty good, so it didn't bother me much. Lagshooting is an absolute joke, to be honest. It's the reason CoD on the Wii is hilariously bad.

I thought the Hit Detection in the original was great actually. I tried to play again this morning and after 30 minutes finally got into a non Marathon Explosives Streets, the Hit Detection was perfectly fine. I was 2 bursting people with the SCAR.
