TPC Launcher - Aegis Device (Chargin' Targe, mirite?)
Frags or Rads
Ammo Belt - (Another bad one)

Hive Cannon - (MP5?)

Heavy Armor - Improved Damage - (Field Medicine?)

Sentry - SPAS (or USP.45)

Turret (or whatever it's called) - Reverse damage (Dispenser?)

i think there are a little too many to be unlocks. maybe have 3 defaults until you can get some stuff for your own class. the just need a basic long range, mid-range, and close combat setup.

Phase Rifle - TPC Launcher (for mines)
Flash
2 Primaries - Ammo Belt/Stealth/Improved Damage

Really that'd just work for camping sniping, like getting somewhere high with one way in/out, put mines down, and Snipe from there

Your Sniper link is for Team Fortress' sniper. My image of a sniper is someone secluded far away from the fray, not moving much and doing heavy damage and is hard to get to. The proxies make it easier to stay in a spot, (camp if you will, although a little different because that's what real snipers do), and make it harder to get to the sniper.
