Doesn't Mario Kart kicks you from a match if you keep going backwards?
Im pretty sure I read it on IGN's review.

Not in friend matches at least...I've had a few just for fun races where the whole point was racing the track going the wrong way and seeing who can get 12th. No idea about randoms though.

Please correct me if I'm mistaken, but didn't Modern Warfare: Reflex, which was played online through Nintendo's servers, allow the host to kick friends from private matches?

COD games use Activisions Matchmaking Servers. While they do still use Nintendo's Online System, they use their own servers which allows them to bypass many rules.

Activision, unfortunatlely, probably won't give Console players Dedicated Servers.
