ok here is my thought on the medic thing it would be good for helping snipers and all but otherwise useless the person should be good enough to kill people retreat and heal by himself it just seems like a waste of a clas im gonna have a sniper a cc a scout and one other class for experimenting

Think in terms of Team Deathmatch or Team Objective. Other team is camping up in their base, preventing you from getting the kills you need to win. No one can go in without getting slaughtered. What do you do? Get one guy to use a heavily armored, incredibly powerful setup, then have a medic follow him to continually heal that guy. You ransack the enemy base because they can't kill your heavy guy while he's murdering them. In the case of Objective, same deal except you bring along someone who is using a speedy set to get the ASE. Medics are there for strategy.

How about whoevers dead get a prompt if someone is trying to revive him.

judging by how stupid people are on MWR, TCon etc. I just KNOW that every game I'll get at least one death by some idiot reviving me in the open, or in an area where there are enemies everywhere.

I can't wait untill people start camping dead bodies waiting for some idiot to revive them.

Reverse Damage sounds unbalanced/overpowered as hell.

If it's 1/2 regular damage/healing rate or so, it should be fine. I can't imagine them going more than 10 minutes thinking healing the same amount as enemies do damage is a good idea.

How about overhealing? Max it out at an extra 25%. :D

Someone should just copy and paste what that last guy said in that topic. He summed up what it would be like if you had reverse damage with the Carbonizer.

@Carbonizer being "broken" w/ reverse damage:

What happens when you run out of ammo? You get killed, that's what. Carbonizer has an insufferable reload time, and it eats ammo in no time flat. Plus you have to keep its aim right on your buddy at all times. Don't think they won't get rid of the "tap kill" with the Carbonizer. If there were a broken weapon for healers it would be the Hive Cannon. Weapon that you don't have to aim + full auto + high power = broken healing.
