Well, the public community will die out, cause the only people there are people who like the core elements of the game, and will move on to C2.... Private would be hard to orchestrate, but maybe worth it.

I'm the kinda guy who has Super Smash Bros., Super Smash Bros. Melee, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl able to start up withing 20 seconds, without searching for anything at all. I'll keep it around, and I might play it sometimes.

Unlikely. The only reason i hung onto The Conduit was becuase its a Special Edition, and its still a decent shooter if i need one.

However, C2 will take all the shooter love from me.

I probably would only play it for SP just to touch up on the story. Though the chance on me playing it again after C2 is pretty slim.
