One of the new weapons for Conduit 2, the ARC Eclipse's main function is that instead of ammo there is a temperature gauge that rises when fired and lowers when charging. Charging the weapon will turn the user invisible until they release the trigger. When the gun overheats or freezes, the player has a lengthy animation that prevents switching or firing weapons temporarily.

Flashbangs zap people out of invis, so I can just imagine the spammers on this one. The invis that it allows almost does not seem worth it considering it seems to only lasts 10 seconds or so before it freezes over and zaps you out of invis. The amount of shots you can get off seems a bit limiting but just enough to kill a person or two before it over heats if you practice trigger control.
What I love: 10 seconds is all I need to get around a corner and introduce a player to the floor, proper trigger control will let you zap in and out of invis and allow greater lengths of turf to be covered with a sudden blip on the radar being the only random sign of you, it will scratch my predator itch a little, the solution for turret abuse beyond sniping, 10 seconds of invis paired up with improved melee or perhaps rapid kneel down heal may be fun, and oh it will let me be even sneakier when it comes to both the game and general pvp/co-op.
