Well, the targeted audience becomes towards adults and 18 year old people.

T and under is more widely spread than M and AO.

It smooths out the reticule movement a bit, and towards the edges of the screen it slows the reticule down while still turning. If you're having problems with jittery controls or pointing off-screen, it helps some.

As far as I can tell, it just makes the controller more uncomfortable to hold. I did not notice any difference in smoothness.

When you're gonna point off screen, the cursor won't give you a sign or warning that you are off screen but it will stay on screen.
