Most weapons/perks used online are broken, and cannot be countered. Broken weapons would include; SCAR, SMAW, Phase Rifle, ARC-Eclipse, Shrieker, and Carbonizer. Broken Perks would include; Ballistics Damage, Improved Ballistics Damage, Phase Rifle Specialization, Phase Rifle Tuning, Improved Melee, and Blinding Power. I believe that if these broken weapons/perks were to be banned, the online multiplayer would be improved greatly.

but seriously, this is ridiculous. The SCAR is overpowered? it's the most balanced weapon in the game, somewhat effective across all ranges. the only OP weapon in the game is the SMAW, and that can easily be countered with a Shrieker or Hive Cannon loadout. the ARC-Eclipse, is, if anything, under powered. This is the 2nd worst list ever, after the top 50 video game endings list from the Guinness World Records. You seem to have missed the point of my post. Sure, what I described may promote strategy, but is that balanced? Or better yet, fun in any way?
