not necessarily "good," but i've had fun with this loadout in the past.
smaw usp ammo salvage metal legs/stabilizer quickness/supercharger imp. melee flash bangs
flash bangs are to deal with number disadvantages, or if you need to get close to someone. the usp and imp. melee are the main focus- get close enough so that you could finish the person off with a melee if you can't finish the job with the usp. ammo salvage lets you get more flashers so that you can continue the games.
the smaw is there for crowd control, or to reward yourself if you feel you've put in enough work with the usp/punching out. also, if someone annoys you( bunnyhopping to the max), just blow them(and possibly yourself) up.

It's fun to sneak up behind people and put mines on them. Of course I've never managed to successfully do that. But I will get it some day!
This reminds me of a player that used aegis, TPC, armory. He/she shot the TPC shells high at the wall on Pentagon, switched to the aegis and caught them and then through them into the garage or wherever. It got me a couple of times. and it was fun to watch.
