for the spas
know the map
have an escape route planned if you need to get away
try to pick people of in small numbers
dont rush into a group of people
TDM or stuff like power surge probably work best
explosive focus and light armor have done me good for surviving
supercharger+metal legs really helps with getting around as well as with escaping
