Is no one else experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues?

Since at least yesterday I have been unable to connect to a match in any online Nintendo game that doesn't have its own matchmaking servers. For instance, I cannot connect to matches in Mario Kart Wii, The Conduit, Conduit 2, Metroid Prime Hunters, Mario Kart DS, Clubhouse Games, etc. These games all use the Wi-Fi Connection to do matchmaking. What happens is that I can get online, but once I try to find or join any matches, these games disconnect me and give error code 84020 and 85020.

However, games with dedicated matchmaking servers (Goldeneye, Grand Slam Tennis) connect no problem. I can play full matches. Also, Mario Kart 7 works fine. I have tried resetting my router like 3 times and it didn't change this. I have a full 3-bar connection and I'm close to my router.

Is no one else experiencing this on the west coast? I tried playing Mario Kart Wii on the Wii U, and it was still the exact same problem. Plus the DS is doing this. Those error codes say it may be that the Wi-Fi connection is undergoing maintenance, but it looks like several of you guys have been in matches today. So.... west coast servers are acting up or something?

Going to http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/index.jsp should help you.

On the left hand side lies an error code lookup. Just fill in the requirements.

Ah! Is it black Friday over there? The second error code you said was because of high traffic. The first error code deals with a temporary issue.

Don't worry Mike. You just need to wait some time.

Try from a different source.
Like, your neighbors wifi, just to see if you connect.

Just to eliminate the possibility that its something on your end.
