Name: Ghost (Name in progress) Perk, Primary
A perk that reduces splash damage of all explosive weapons to near zero. (For example; SMAW blast radius=20m. At 20m you take 0. At 15m you take 5. At 10m you take 8. At 5m you take 13.) However, if you take a direct hit from the weapon you WILL take full damage. Also, I don't know if part of the blast radius is energy damage, but if it is then that damage will be reduced as well to the example above. The ultimate defense against explosive weaponeers!

I would see it being better if it was a game with a larger variety of weapons however.
That's why I was wondering if it should be secondary A.
