I wouldn't mind if that was added to quickness, but it would need to be small. Like 5%. Which is plenty of an advantage to put you ahead in an even match.
It would also kinda be either, or. Because if you switch weapons, obviously you lose the benefit of having been able to fire again sooner. --- NS_CHAIN 2666-2862-7656

Yup.
