Should there be a perk that lets you dual wield?

And double the reload time. For cases like the Aegis and the AR-C just the AR-C would have double the reload time. Use the Switch weapon button to scope for the second gun. The speed of you would be that of both weapons together. That way, if you use SMAW and Hive cannon, then you would run as slow as Mossy! Lol jk
But you would still run slow.
