Conduit 2

Okay. I know I've been playing this game forever. I know I should know this by now.

But I don't, okay...

Could we put together a list of which control points are where in each map? I mean, I know in Serenity the Speed Control Point is the one up on the platform that overlooks the fountain, but I really never learned what all the control points were.

It would be a nice resource to have, maybe a nice list by maps and which point is which.

Is this already done somewhere else and maybe I just don't know where?
