Tested this today.
Totally astonished.

Perks less PR can OHKO a fully armored opponent by tuning their little pinky toe.

Has this been being kept a secret or something? I don't use the PR at all, otherwise I feel like I would have caught on to this a lot faster.

Surely there have been people before who've used the PR perkless...

I'm a little annoyed now.
I've brought up the PR's OHKO's not adding up dozens and dozens of times, and I've been downplayed, and made to look noobish by other veterans time and time again.

Tuning doubles damage applied
spec. Increases damage by 50
normal damage: 70
possible damage: 240


double armor guy has 140hp
HA guy has 130hp
LA guy has 110hp

You guys know I've used the PR alot and I can say that this is likely variable depending on the skin used by the target. Sometimes the pinky toe works, and sometimes even as high as the ankle is not registered as a hit.

I wasn't aware of the "pinky-toe tuning" though. I rarely use it tuned, just as a long range OHKO sniper rifle, but this is good to know.

I've been aware tuning increases damage for a long time, but people always talked about it as if it was equivalent to improved ballistics or something. :/

Yeah this was an old science experiment we did in [LC] pretty sure this was months ago tho. Also found out some other things like how to survive a radiation grenade stick, what sets off frag resupplying with ammo salvage among other fun things.
