How can I beat Reverse Taco?

The taco shooter was already OP by itself.
But with the reverse taco, its just plain broken :|


I know there are a few ways to beat it. But that's mainly by using other broken weapons or tactics like Like SMAW, PR Tuning, or Taco Focus.

But is there a good way to beat them using just a simple SR and USP?

The PR would be perfectly balanced if they got rid of PR Specialization, and kept the Tuning and the OHKO through walls. It'd also give the Strike Rifle a reason to exist.

the taco shotter has was nerfed a couple of times but im pretty sure it can still beat reverse taco
