Conduit 2

The C3 beta launched this week, its pretty damn good. Has two maps to try, the airport map is great, you can really mix up your playstyle with all of the variety it has. Museum is good too.
Weapons seem pretty balanced, although the SCAR isn't in the beta so I couldn't try it out. On the plus side, nobody EVER uses rocket launchers. The new alien weapons are great too.

Yeah, Airport is such a sweet map because you can do damn near anything you want on it, the only downside is that it has less map interactivity than Museum. Alien guns rock, the Pinch Rifle is full auto with a shotty altfire that swallows ammo, Reaper Cannon is a proper alien LMG, and the new sniper is just too satisfying to use (think phaseless PR with the Carby's chain lighting). Tested the rocket launcher and it's less effective than a jar full of piss, I see why nobody uses it. So many improvements over C2 it's not even funny, and I love that it's moving closer to the original game's style than C2 was.

I love the full-auto shotty. :D

Too bad it's only available on one of the preset classes so you can't really mess around with it yet. :\
