I suppose what I meant by "the HVS treatment" was a FPS. I should have been more specific about that.
Which one of these doesn't fit that description, huh?
Anyway, I'm going to expand upon my MIB answer.
Firstly: Aliens. But more specifically, Alien GUNS! But not just alien guns, Mind blowingly unusual and surprising alien guns. Nobody is more capable of fulfilling this requirement than HVS. NOBODY! ( Well, at least nobody who's made anything recently. )
Secondly, the whole sort of vauge story telling based on building connections between a bunch of unrelated stuff? Thats MIB. It even dives into the Conspiracy a little bit, so HVS's past research into all of that can be put to use. Also, much of MIB's story is entirly implicit, like Conduit's. It has a main story that's told blatantly, but behind it all... Like, In the first MIB. You're told early on that humans are the lowest of the low. Then you have this alien, Presented to us as our view as lowest of the low. A bug, who on top of that spends much of the film in the skin of a sexist redneck, and does a very poor job doing anything BUT re-enforcing these images. So you most likely walk away thinking "Oh yeah, people are so smart, and bugs are so dumb."
But watch it a few more times, and you realize that the early claim that the MIB made, of humans being the primitive mindless drones is actually maintained through the whole film, and it is actually the larger argument. It is in fact the whole reason why MIB exist, because people are mindless and inferior, and incapable.
And I could go on and on and on and on. But anyway...
MIB and Conduit series are very similar in many ways. Not in a way that takes away from either of them, but in a way that would make HVS making a MIB game really the ultimate combination.
