It would fire 6 pellets with a medium spread, be semi auto (about a Strike Rifle RoF), and if every pellet hit it would do 65 damage. With double energy that would be 95, and at least one pellet hitting the head would be required for a OSOK. It could be charged to fire a very fast, perfectly accurate shot that deals 65 damage to the body and 110 to the head. Pressing the secondary fire mode would do something like the shotgun in Geist, where after a one second delay you'd fire a shot that does 45 more damage and uses twice as much ammo.
(The details are up for debate, but basically it's supposed be semi auto, have a 2HKO body shot at best, a 'no scope sniper' charge fire, and a more powerful delayed secondary fire.)
