I'm a little confused. Sorry I'm such a N00b, but what exactly does Overbalanced and Underbalanced mean?

Would you mind giving me an example?

I had to ask too. I guess it's a generational thing. It's like saying somewhat overpowered or somewhat underpowered.

Not to influence anyone, but the next time you are in a battle with a usp user keep your distance (midrange) and see how accurate it is (make sure to move some in case they ADS you).

Honestly, it's quite balanced, but perhaps the amount of shots needed to kill could be increased since it has such a high rate of fire.

Same question here. Signal, asking questions is the opposite of being a noob. You get smarter and better asking questions, as it is smart to ask questions.

The USP needs just a LITTLE more ammo. I believe the amount of ammo TCon's USP45 has per clip is perfect.
