My question for you guys...

Ugh. Not a lot if I'm being honest if we can't list the weapons.

Character customization is cool.

The fact that it's not COD. It's always good to have options.

I don't know that I "like" the high health, but again, it was different and I like it for that I guess.

I liked the graphics.

I liked playing the campaign.

That's about it. Can't say I like much else. There are some things that I'm neutral on and don't care about. But I don't like some of the things mentioned like lock on or the controls. I don't like lock on or aim assist in general so I tried to play hardcore but hardly anyone played it back then.

Besides the unique weapons, what does this game have over other shooters?

And I apologize for my rudeness earlier.

The unique weapons! Oh wait..... (still, it is the major reason why I like C2)

One of The major reasons I like C2 over COD (the only other shooter I have played besides C2) is that you can actually engage in a fire fight. In COD if someone shoots you in the back, you're dead before you can even turn around. In C2 it's possible to retaliate and even take out the agressor if your aim and movement are better.

The other thing I like is that C2 does not use killstreaks. I don't understand the logic of killstreaks in COD. You are killing the opponents with ease and then the game decides to give you even more easy to use weapons to kill them. How's the opponent supposed to make a comeback in that situation? The Conduit only gave EXP streaks when you had Killstreaks which is totally fine. The longer you survive, the more Exp you get :)

It feels like Halo, the great community ;D, the customizable controls, the games creativity and fun. You know the developers didn't take themselves too seriously and made a game that's fun and sci-fi cheesy, while retaining some of the C1 darkness. And the fact that this game has SOOO many references to other sci-fi sources I'll die in happiness knowing people still made a game for fun, Conduit 2.

Get your own list, leave mine alone.
I get to put whatever I want on it.

The End.

You either have low standards to let 33% make the cut, or some aweful tunnel vision if this game has high FoV to you. Did you know that in some games, you can see past your left wrist? Hell, some shooters even let you see bits of your right arm too!

THE ENDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was a great boss fight.

Loadouts, nice maps, higher health, zero camping, fast pace, good controls. The only thing this game lacks is a bigger community, it'd be great if more people played.

-High health
-Store system
-Character customization.
-Colorful graphics, with nice lighting effects and glossing effects (I think that's what it's called)
-Lots of platforming
-No two weapons are alike.
-Tons of map shortcuts
-Memorable moments (i.e, Drudge Rap, the talking fish, Mario easter egg)
-Being able to pick what weapons I like
-Lock-on
-Smooth, responsive and very customizable controls
-Hip-fire is used way more than ADS.
-The game has a run 'n gun style, but doesn't let you be too reckless.
-Being able to fire immediately after sprinting.
-Being about more than who has the best gun and best aim. Map movement is actually important.
-T-rated. I'm allowed to play a lot of M games, but non-M games are refreshing these days.
-WiiMotion+ is supported
-Campaign levels are fun to explore
-Lots of achievements. That's not too common on Wii.

I think the unique weapons are a big part of it though. I mean, the whole genre revolves around weapons.

I don't think showing pictures that are likely used to advertise big-name games proves your point when you're comparing them to a cropped pre-release photo and a picture that was probably reduced to 30% of it's original size. And what does the amount of your hand you can see have to do with FoV? You can see less of the hand simply because HVS chose to show that much of the hand.

Then let me show you a picture of post release gameplay.

General rule of thumb is that the higher your FoV the more of your arms you can see. TF2 is a good example, at a FoV of 90 you can see down to the elbow on some characters.

Now here's my question to all of you. How many of you have played a shooter that allows you to adjust your FoV and how much time have you spent playing said shooter?
