Uh, sure it does.
A competitive scene is where people come together to play organized matches and compete.

Regardless, its a mostly hypothetical question.

Another question.

If we were to do a clan tourney ( hypothetically, because I don't think this board has ever finished a tourny of any sort ), would that change your answer on the poll as it applies to that event?

Oh, jeez, I remember that. Only Waffle could pull off something as brilliant as that. Besides, the launch group were considerably more reliable than the current group. In those days, if you missed a clan war, you better have a dang good reason, or you're out.

The whole loser bracket wasn't finished.

Pulling off a successful forum tourny is a feat, even at the best of times.
