Almost all of us are NTSC. : ( I think that is North and South America.
This isn't right. Mainly because Japan isn't NTSC, it's its own region. Are you sure this isn't for 360s or something? I think PS3s have Japan as a separate region too, so I doubt it would be that.
Edit: looked this up. This is for television stuff, not for video game consoles. While Japan, China, and US/Canada are all NTSC for TV, they don't share regions when it comes to video game region-locking. Japan is considered NTSC-J, China is NTSC-C, and US/C is NTSC-U/C. --- *Insert 25 wit here*
