So a pistol reloads within 0.56 seconds. while the SMAW takes roughly 2.3 seconds.
No to fully calculate, from a basde distance of 10 meters:
Pistol Damage: 99.868e arriving at the y-intercept in 1.38e seconds
SMAW Damage: 100 arriving at the y-intercept in 4.22 seconds
Now to include reaction, the average reaction time, in total, is 78 milliseconds.
Now with all of this, in my opinion: Pistol > SMAW easily, considering that there is a multi-bullet clip in the pistol, and the faster reload.
