8. Character customization and the inclusion of a full-strength playable female character.
In a way, this is sort of related to the inclusion of the Rainbow Jade Warrior, because that's a customization. I'm glad that we had some customization ability. That was something that really frustrated me about MW3. I got tired of just being the random bald dude. In some regards, only now is the CoD franchise catching up to some aspects of the customization that C2 had three years ago.
Does the Female Destroyer look ridiculous? Yeah, a little. But then so do the Drudge with that Jalapeno Pepper for a head.
Is her appearance or armor degrading or insulting to women? Yeah, maybe. But it's still better than not having her in the game at all, and from what I've seen, not nearly as bad as many other games.
I'm glad they included her, and I'm glad that they didn't reduce her strength below that of the other characters. She does make noise, that is true, but she's slightly smaller and more difficult to see sometimes, so I feel like those two things balance themselves.

Being able to run through teammates is something that I wish COD had. I know it's a more realistic shooter,
I thought the world had realized that CoD doesn't pass as a realistic shooter. To be honest, any game in which your health is based on 'health points' instead of blood loss and your vital organs still functioning is unrealistic.
You might laugh, but there are games that have health systems like that.
Uh. You make a good point, though. Body blocking isn't fun. Especially on maps with busy/narrow hallways and doors.
