For those who have played every NCAA game on the PS2....

What year do you think has been the best NCAA football game for the PS2? I've played them all through 2007 (stopped buying after that for lack of funds at the time). I really liked NCAA 06 for the better presentation and momentum. I have not played later years, but would definately grab them now if people thought the later ones were the best versions. Again, I am intersted in hearing from people who have played all of the years of NCAA.

What year do you think was, and still is the best NCAA on PS2 and why?

I play 2009 a lot. Mainly because of the following:

2009 is the last Madden PS2 game I bought. I like importing recruiting classes.

It's easier to raise the OVR of DBs in 2009. Catching doesn't seem to raise the OVR of DBs in 2010 and 2011.

Better recruiting classes. In 2009 you can still get 4 star TE's, as well as plenty more four star D lineman. In 2011 four star D-lineman seem incredibly rare, four star TE's are non-existent.

Less glitchy-ness. In 2010, summer drills and game prep would randomly stop working. If you rely on those features for developing your team, like I do, losing them makes a huge negative impact on your team.
Yes, I'm a Notre Dame fan.

Though, if I had Madden 07 for the xbox, I'd be playing NCAA 07 on my old xbox still, since in my experience, that's the best version of the "old gen" releases.
