2 questions

1) how many people will be using this to change some of there choices after they see what there choices do in ME3 for there next play through

2)do i have to play ME1 or can i just create a character on GSE and make all the choices there then import ???

EDIT: for people that wanna know how to use GSE and try it out for themselves

It has been a while since I used it, but I think the new modded version of Gibbed you can just create the save in the program itself. If that doesn't work (and what you had to do for older versions), you start a new game in ME2. Mod the save in the program with all the ME1 plot changes you want and set the save to completed (last tab of program). Then start another new game in ME2 by importing that save you created (new game plus).

Start new ME2 save, save after waking up, edit from there to save everyone w/e and set it to finished the game.

Start new save, save after waking up, edit to hearts content. Pretty much a really cut down version of the instructions if i recall correctly. Did it to mine o save kaiden in one of my games as I never knew I saved ashleigh so many times >_<

Hey I am tempted to do this too, tell us how it turns out for you.  I am curious, I have one save that I did not do very well.  I also wanted to know if you can make all of the small choices, as well as companion stuff?

What if you edit appearance in gibbed? Is it likely (since no one knows yet) the custom face and hair options be carried through to ME 3?
