Quarian naming conventions don't incorporate "mister" and "misses". Shepard saying that in ME2 was sort of a playful joke.

... But I suppose it would be Ms. vas Normandy. The "V" in "vas" isn't capitalized.

Age is also shown by middle terms, First name (given name) Middle name is Age, much like a Marital status Mrs. or Ms. Last name is Ship or planet. 

She was Tali'Zorah nar Rhyya, Totally miss spelled that, LOL.  Salarians names are VERY confusing, they have like a zillion names and reason for them.

English naming convention includes the "van" with Mr/Mrs, as in "Mr van Goh," or "Mr Van Buren."

Since Mass Effect likes to pretend the whole universe speaks English, I can only assume "vas" would be included with honorifics as well.
