MP Incendiary ammo?

What is it strongest against? Anyone know?

health/armor, just like SP Incendiary ammo.

Most useful against Reapers.

That's what I figured. Just used it in a match and it didn't seem very effective, at least when compared to other ammo types.

do you know what level it was?

I don't think any of the level 1 ammo powers are very effective. Incendiary ammo can set off Fire Explosions if you can pull them off....very powerful, harder to pull off than tech bursts w/Disruptor because for Fire Explosions you have to actually kill the enemy with the detonating power.

incin (III) adds 30% damage against all armor types in MP. It's not more effective than armor.

Cryo = Freezes/Slows
Warp = Barriers
Disruptor = Shields
Incendiary = Health (and somewhat Armor)
Armor Piercing = self explanatory.

I find it most effective on a Human Vanguard (w/ 0 points in Shockwave). Charge>Nova etc, but something that's stronger, Charge > Shoot > Nova. You get a nice Fire Explosion and deal some extra damage to the surrounding enemies.

By the way, does anyone have a definitive list of the advantages/disadvantages of the ammo types in multiplayer. I used warp ammo on my adept/sentinel thinking that it could detonate biotic barriers, but that didn't happen.

I've found the most useful ammo type to be Cyro, which allows for much easier headshots with a saber once a body shot has slowed them down.

Cryo and AP are most certainly the best ammunition consumables

WARP is probably the most useless. I have like 30 WARP III and ... don't know what to do with them. They need to be buffed to be able to cause biotic detonations or something.
