^^^ This. Also, dont buy all packs at once, I only say this because I noticed that when the packs give garbage, the subsequent packs at that time end up garbage... Honestly, the game is just messing with me on that end...

pretty sure random is random, so you can buy them all at once, it won't matter. However saving up for DLC might be a good idea.
