n7 rank has no meaning... mine has remained at 420 for the last few months... I dont bother promoting... Theres no point in it... If I want a new build, I just get a respec card... I already maxed my uncommons, so I am not missing anything from packs... Current a Harrier III myself...

But, I will admit I hate getting level IV ammo... -_-

Come on, just admit it...you just like having your N7 level at 420.

I don't know why but I can never seem to get the harrier either. Mines only at level 8.
