Does the Omega DLC effect the ending in anyway?

Simple yes or no will suffice.

If you only care about how DLC may or may not affect the ending, then rest assured: BioWare is not making DLC for you.

Bioware is done with ME3. They are making some half ***ed SP DLC to milk the sheep that still follow them while they work on ME4/DA3.

This. The ending will remain unchanged, new ME3 DLCs will only add individual stories to tie up loose ends or possibly flesh out the main plot a bit (unlikely, but apparently all hands are on deck for the next DLC)

No.
At least, not in any significant way that I noticed. Dataminers may find out something, but the simple answer is "no."

I order you to cease any and all supernatural activity and return forthwith to your place of origin, or to the nearest convenient parallel dimension.

I can't imagine why the Starbrat would even care that Aria retook her rock from Cerberus, so probably nothing.

Not only does this DLC not effect the ending, but it doesn't even create the illusion that it might effect the ending like Leviathan did. It is a wholly self contained, uninteresting, story.
