was trying to figure out a good way to spec my Dark Channel, whether for damage or what... now that I know this, I might as well go Duration first and then damage to make the multiplier count

That's pretty awesome. Glad I didn't spec her yet.

Wait, does that mean the duration that cloak would usually last (~5/11 sec) or the entire duration of the power(30/42 sec)?

I'm still not 100% sure how best to use her myself. I'm thinking BEs will be more of a situational thing. Cloak -> DC on a boss and shoot, then cloak -> warp to detonate and debuff and shoot some more. You could probably slap DC on a banshee and have her die solely from DoT while you go handle smaller enemies.

I wouldn't rely on DC completely. Its damage is still halved against shields. Sounds like it'll be devastating against Reapers and Collectors though.
