On the left is the observed damage, and on the right is the damage predicted with calculations. Dark Channel is getting a 20% boost from rank 3, 30% boost from rank 4, 10% boost from the passive, 80% boost from TC, and 25% boost from rank 6 TC. The damage stays the same for the entire DoT period, even after TC wears off. As you can see, they match up. This means TC is working as intended... for her powers.
I really only have much trouble with Ravagers decide to poop on me while I'm stabbing them. Otherwise if have a basic comprehension of timing and TC specced for duration you can almost always stay out of trouble.

You'll have to forgive me for not looking more in depth. Whenever I see corlist, I know peddro isn't far behind, and his walls of numbers send me into a coma. I just went with the summary in the post that the link you posted went to and there wasn't specific mention of the Rank 6 bonus.

Understandable. For the record I don't think this is something bioware can fix server side. She may be gimped until the next patch. It does seem like they have one planned considering the omega patch didn't do anything to MP and they're still investigating the missile glitch.
