Everyone hates fitness around here. There are only a few classes that I don't put fitness in. Typically I want as much fitness as I can get, most powers in this game don't do that much damage, it's all about weapon fire.

Max clock and passives for damage. Max stims for shields. Allocate reamaining point to overload and fitness as you see fit. Just know that zero in fitness will make you completely dependent on stims on platinum. Not the best idea IMO. I use a PPR and a scorpion. If you've never been able to carry a gold/platinum lobby before, you will now.

Stims have no reason to be maxed. You use them for instant shields in a pinch. Especially now that it's been weakened, constant durability from Fitness is better than stronger stims.

Tactical Cloak 6: Damage, Melee Damage, Assault Rifle Damage
Overload 6: Damage, Neural Shock, Chain
Stimulant Pack 3
Armiger Legion 5: Either one, Either one
Fitness: All bottom

No reason unless you can get unlimited points for him.

Equip any AR and incendiary rounds and spam TC/overload for chain fire explosions.

Chain fire explosions are buggy and may not do damage, and you're also neutering your incendiary DoT by detonating it.

Also, melee build.
