Quarians, always.

Sure you could make the whole argument about the Quarians being the instigators, But could you really see any other species acting any different?(I.E. Turians, Krogan, Asari)
and who's to say that by spareing the Geth, you're not just starting the cycle again?

Which bring me to my other point; the Ending. Almost every choice is completely pointless if you choose the geth.

Destroy is redundant; why not just kill them on Rannoch? Then EDI would be the only collateral damage you suffer.

Control; maybe is the only option I see that can work. But only if you really hate the Quarians(which I never understood why people do).

Finally Synthesis; Is not even an option. Probably the biggest middle finger you can give(to either Geth or Quarians) Why the heck choose it if either side is killed on Rannoch?
But to be fair is is the "everlasting peace" option.

I shouldn't need to mention Refuse; that makes the entire game pointless.

Yeah I chose the Quarians. Made the ending choice alot easier.

Quarians. I like the destroy ending best, and geth die anyways with that ending. Plus I'm a filthy Talimancer.

However, Tali was my romance which made that more difficult. I went for the Quarians and ended up saving both.
