This game is dark as hell!

I was playing the Omega DLC and it was alot harder than it should've been because it was so dark.
I changed the settings and everything looked like crap, the walls had shadow pixels.
I have a high definition flat screen, so my TV is not the problem.
This game's darkness is an issue, there's times in heated combat when as I stated before, it can be a real pain-in-the-ass.
Is there a way to manually turn on the flash light?
Because that would be a BIG help.
Love the game!

I have no problems with it...

I'm running mine at 1080p on a 40inch LCD

My in-game brightness setting is at 0

Its not as bad as Fallout 3/New Vegas. I dreaded navigating vaults, caves, and sewers with little light.

I never had trouble with Fallout, at least they give you a light.
In this game, I'm running blindly.
Its been the worst in the Omega DLC.

I set my brightness option to 3.

It is actually an issue. RE6 also same the same thing. The devs didn't balance the gamma settings right. It gives different results when combined with brightness, which is separate. ME never had a gamma option slider too like some games.

in ME2 and 1 I left everything at default since it looked perfect already.
