I was thinking gear that affected said character's:

1. Weapon RoF
2. Movement Speed
3. Health
4. Sync-Death Resistance
5. Enemy Accuracy % on you

What do you say?

Increase the drop rate, then maybe

The ability to equip two weapons from the same class would be nice

The problem with restraining speech is, who gets to set the rules? If it's only okay in a certain time or place, who gets to say what time and what place?

Wouldn't mind if there was gear that increased combat skill damage. (i.e., Adrenaline Rush, frag grenade, Hawk Missile Launcher, etc.)

- Cooldown + Shield strength combination 10/15 or 20/10
- A flat DR boost - have it lower cooldown or movement speed as well
- Ammo effect gear Strength somewhere between level 2 and 3 consumables.
- Grenade regeneration - very slow, big shield penalty to go along with it.
- A thermal scanner - allows you to see all enemies in X range similar to hunter mode/tac scan/recon mine

Love your synch kill immunity - maybe have the animation play out, but just downs you rather than kills you outright.

I would really love a Adrenaline gear. A Drell with Adrenaline Mods throughout would be scary.

I think a RoF gear would be a bad call though. It would make the Marksman power even worse than it is now.

What I would like to also see is a Health Regen mod. It would be very slow, about 1 bar every 20 seconds at Mark V.

I second the idea of a Firepower-like gear (perk from H4, lets you carry two primaries). It wouldn't be gamebreaking, but could work in some situations (Scorpion+Acolyte, maybe). I'm not sure what each rank would award you in this gear. Maybe new Firepower unlocks?
I: 2 Sniper Rifles
II: 2 SMGs
III: 2 Shotguns
IV: 2 Pistols
V: 2 ARs

something like that...

^ So something like CoD4s Overkill perk? I don't know....that would be like carrying a Claymore and Pirahna and that's saying something about the perk title itself!

First three I like, second two are less practical. Power Duration is still missing. Also, something with a flat +power damage would be nice, for those powers that are neither tech nor biotic.

Yeah, that could be a little overpowered. I suppose you can counterbalance it by increasing weapon swap time, or making weapons share ammo somehow.

I don't know if a Piranha and Claymore would be to overpowered. Using reload canceling, the Claymore can do what the Piranha does.

One combination I would try is the CSR and the Indra. That would be pretty fun to use, even though it might be bad

QFT. The drop rate now is absolutely ridiculous. I've had every other Gold card maxed for weeks, but I still need 20 odd Rare Gear upgrades, and even more Uncommon ones >_>

We definitely need one that increases Health for characters like the Vorcha that don't care about shields. I'd love to see one that even offers slow Health regeneration.
